After the nerve breaking moment.. (The lump on the breast story).. I have a chat with the hubby that may be it’s time for me to shed some kilos (again.. ;-p.. already pump up more after my 2nd baby).. and he agreed.
I was actually kind of lazy to think about the exercise.. the changing of eating habit where I am so comfort.. living like a Pac-Man.. wallop everything on my way.. haha..
So he came up with an offer.. He said he will award me RM1k for every 1kg that I loose.. I am so thrill.. I start doing my calculation.. if I loose a kg.. I still have 1k.. if I loose 5kg.. OMG I can have my dream camera lens or wait.. may be new camera? Oh no.. I want that LV never full bag… but I think I’ll buy the JKhans clutch 1st… oh wait.. why don’t I just loose 10kg and I can have all.. hahaha… in few minutes.. my brain works so well..
I actually accepted the challenge and been started few days ago already. Well I am not going to loose 10kg tho’ haha… but lets see how much I can loose until Christmas may be..(?). My weight on 1st day started exercising was 67.5kg. Will update every month.. ;-p.
I start to calculate my calories intake.. My daily workout is not so extreme.. but really make me felt like a wreck! Haha.. My muscles hurts.. auchhhhh…. I hope it worth it! It’s been a looooonggggg time I never did any exercise.. holy cow! Ini kali laaa…. hahaha
Basically.. this is my daily work out. At home I have the jogging treadmill.. where now was covered with all my recycle item (AKA recycle garbage ~.+).. and I have the Elliptical trainer. I choose to use the Elliptical trainer because the low impact on knee while exercising.. and I read it burns more calories than using the jogging treadmill.. where by using Elliptical trainer it works on the whole body and that jogging treadmill just focus lower part..
I am not sure about that.. but even my calories calculator (For now I am using myfitnesspal app on ipad) showing more results by using the Elliptical trainer..
For now.. I just run for 15 minutes daily… I tell you.. that also make me wanna faint haha.. but today.. I felt much better.. slowly increased the time according to my fitness soon.. haha..
Besides that.. I did some waist and abs workout by Jillian the biggest looser instructor.. haha.. It looks so easy.. but her workout really really make me sweat and almost out of breath. I just want to see if this really works.. toning my waist and stomach???? Ha! But I’m on it.
So here are the workout that I been following.. Oh mannn… that was super hard.. I mean to finish up the 3 sets.. haha.. but I did it anyway (in pain)… Now I understand how all the biggest looser has gone thru.. worst! Because Jillian was there watching them.. ;-p
I’ve been so inspired by my favourite blogger Karen Cheng (Australian Blogger).. reading about how she always take time to do some cycling every day for fitness (With his boy sitting at the back) and finally going for a 200km charity ride for cancer..

I was inspired to do cycling too.. welllll… may be just around the neighbourhood… ;-p.. but I am a bit concern about the saftey around our neighbourhood now a days.. after the robberies incident in so many houses (Including ours) here… I am actually don’t feel secure. Not only that.. by looking at the haze seen almost everyday here make me fed up.
But my hubby loves my idea that I am going for cycling.. but rejected the idea of putting my little boy on a kids seat at the back of my future bike.. hahaha… and before he purchase that ‘pink’ bike I pointed him before.. he wanted to see my cycling skill 1st… geez!!!
Anyway.. I am not going that further 1st (But still want that pink bike.. ;-p).. lets go thru this 1 month 1st.. see how much
$$ kgs I will loose.
