When I was in New Zealand recently.. I been eating sausages and meat a lot.. So here back at home, I am thinking to eat a lot more veggies this time.
Searching for some recipe and this caught my attention.. Tuna Salad on lettuce.
- Tuna can (Tuna flakes in water).. I used 2 cans.You can use 1 can will do too. Remove water.
- Broccoli.. Just a little bit, I am using like 5 bulbs taken out from it. Slice thinly.
- Celery.. 2 stalks. Sliced.
- A little bit of Red bell pepper, sliced. If you want a little bit of heat on your salad. Use the red chilli.
Mixed all ingredients in a big bowl. Add seasoning. Taste.. add more seasoning according to your taste. Now it’s ready to fill in the lettuce. Just add in a spoon of a little bit more on top of the lettuce.
