1st Jalan-Jalan Without Mr.Daddy Driver

I have been wanting to have my own GPS for quite sometimes. When hubby went for outstation.. means we are not able to go anyway because I am not familiar with the road here in KL. If I wanted to shop anything at any big mall out there.. I have to wait for my hubby came back from outstation.. means.. if lets say he went for a year.. I may be have to wait for that long too.. haha..

So recently my wish has been granted.. bought Garmin GPS from Lowyat KL (Gadgets heaven :p).

So last Saturday.. I decided to bring my kids out to our 1st destination together without daddy using the GPS.. Midvalley!! Haha.. KL people might be laughing at me.. everyone knows MV here.. (except me.. :p). Even my hubby said.. ‘It’s been 100x already went to MV.. still cannot remember the way?’.. :p

Everytime we went out with kids.. as usual I will prepare all the MUST have stuff. Always planned before make a move.. plan A.. plan B.. haha.. if the little one cry? What to give.. if the big brother hungry before reaching destination… everything has to be ready. That is how I managed my outing preparation. Yet.. sometimes will miss out something too.. O.+

Once everything ready.. me myself have to be more ready.. ready with my mind setting.. going out with kids especially with baby is not an easy task. Baby can get cranky and the big kid can get too active.. But I always set my mind I can do this.. and make sure I am in control especially my emotions..If I am in control the kids will be in control too.. :)

So we finally reached MV.. safely.. but another issue I need to think about was the parking! Hubby been using the jockey service for parking everytime we went MV.. so I used the same method.

Problem solved! haha..

The 1st thing we did was having food.. Now where to eat with this kids.. It’s another new thing I can do sometimes.. to try food on new restaurant for me.. Yes! :p

So we tried the Flying Chillies, Thai food. I ordered for the Tom Yam Mee.. Superb!

.. And my boy go for the Fried rice which plated with a Pineapple.. I took the chance to feed my baby too. I cooked porridge before we went out and put in a flask.

Everything went well.. even tho my big boy start wondering around before I even finished my food. Ah! Thank God not much people that time.. ~.+

My big boy been wanting a LEGO toys.. and the shop was just infront of the restaurant. I have no choice but to make him happy that day.. brought him in to see what they have. My boy was amazed with all the LEGO which has been created (Photos).. well so do I.. :p

We went out with a box of LEGO toys.. I asked him to choose something smaller for a start 1st. If he can create all as on the book.. we will upgrade (What have I put myself into.. O.+).. so he agreed..

Next.. I brought the boys to Kid’s e World.. I checked out the information on their website. I thought it was great for my big boy if he can join something that building his skills with some activities and on the same time get to know new friends.

But when I came.. as I predicted the place was crowded.. and another thing that actually disappointed me was their registration fee for becoming KEW member has been increased.. sigh! So I cancelled my plan..

I actually wanted to bring my boy to the other play ground which located at MV (The Kid’s e world is at The Garden).. but my boy so excited want to play here..

I am thinking whether wanted to let him go or not by looking at the crowd..

But by looking him like this.. I felt so guilty. All the kids which was waiting with him since just now are all in.. few batches of kids already in.. except him.. so I finally decided to let him in.

I am actually thinking.. if I can handle the situation where I need to take care the small one and on the same time have to look after him.

I am glad that inside the play ground there are shelves for shoes (Must wear shocks to enter) and a locker (Without lock or cover actually.. well at least I don’t have to carry my baby and all my bags, because No stroller allowed).

I put my trust on my big boy to take care of himself when playing. I sat at the sofa provided inside there and let him play. May be I am too paranoid scared my boy not capable to handle himself.. but he actually can. Sometimes I have to make a sport check just to make sure he is really fine.

I am glad he is happy..

Well.. my little one is joining the fun too.. my oh my.. my little one is one active baby too.. don’t want to be left behind.. ha!

A little bit shaky this pic.. because this thing is spinning in a slow motion. I have to walk beside him all the time. I just felt like having that dinosaur hehe.. he loves it so much.. he ride it like riding a motorbike.. hihi..

Some scene inside the playground..

After an hour there.. I called for my big boy (It wasn’t easy.. O.+).. but I am glad he listen at last.. He said he was hungry.. and we have our dinner at Sweet Cherry.. :)

He wanted to have this for his meal.. Ah next time mummy make this for you at home.. :p

.. and I have this.. Durian Pancake.. Yumm!! :)

We reached home safely.. even tho’ I have to enter MV twice for making a mistake on choosing a road to go home.. sigh..

Till next trip.. Mmmm… Thinking IKEA… ;p

(Note: When we about to sleep that night.. my big boy gave me a hug and a kiss and said.. Thank you for bringing him.. and it’s all worth it )

Seriously, MV is crazy. We always terpusing pusing when we wanna go home too as we seldom get the right way! And I salute you to bring your kids there. MV is THE place that I will never go unless really necessary. I go to the Curve where it’s quieter and the kiddo can play in Smaland, Ikea! :D

Yeah.. you SHOULD go IKEA next!
