So.. Yesterday I tried to bake another batch of Macaron for the 2nd time.. I am baking a Pink Macaron in conjunction of the month October.. month of Breast Cancer Awareness Month.. ^_^
This time I followed the recipe exactly. Mixing the ground almond and powder sugar (I am using Icing sugar) together in a food processor.. and the texture is definitely different from just mixing with spatula.. and I leave it to set for 60minutes.. no more less than that.. ^_^.

It turn out really well.. another good job for me.. hahaha.. This time I am using strawberry jam as the fillings. Please remember that Macaron will only taste best after over night in the fridge.. but the best is to keep for 4-5 days, as mentioned from the original recipe I followed..
I am very happy this time that the texture is great.. NO hole.. and easily peeled from the parchment paper.. The only problem was.. when I put the 2nd batch inside the oven.. the Macaron rise un-even. It’s like half rising up and the other part not so.. senget!
I am not sure what went wrong.. is it I left the 2nd batch too long inside my piping bag before piping them on the baking paper? or the oven temperature too hot?? Mmm… I am not sure.. but I will try to fixed that on future baking..
I am thinking of having Peanut butter Macaron next.. Mmmm… and Thinking of baking for give away to friends and readers.. I have so many friends asking me to send a piece to them.. I know their joking but I am feeling like wanted to do that.. So.. wait for my give away post soon.. ^_^
